I had a lovely stay at Captain Frayatt House. The staff made us feel incredibly welcome, and the room, while small, was perfectly comfortable and clean. The shared bathroom was also well-maintained. However, the breakfast could've offered a bit more variety, and the location is very convenient for those traveling by ferry but a bit of a trek into town with luggage.
